Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ManeWigs account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring the lace is uncut and all tags are attached, then include a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
