What is the quality of the hair used in ManeWigs?
We exclusively use 100% premium Remy human hair and high-grade heat-resistant synthetic fibers. Each wig is hand-inspected to ensure cuticle alignment, minimal shedding, and a natural luster.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. For custom units or international orders, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Can I return my wig if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned within 14 days if they are unworn, the lace is uncut, and the original packaging is intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
How do I choose the correct cap size?
Most of our wigs come in a 'Medium' cap size that fits 90% of customers, featuring adjustable straps. We recommend measuring your head circumference and comparing it to our size guide before purchasing.
Can I use heat styling tools on my wig?
Human hair wigs can be styled with heat just like your natural hair. For synthetic wigs, please ensure the product is labeled 'Heat-Friendly' and do not exceed 350°F (180°C) to prevent fiber damage.
